Take the Long View (or the short view. Whichever one suits my desires at the moment. Whatever. Fuck do I know anyway?).
Positive Affirmations (which seems kind of obvious but there you go).
New Exercises (piled on top of old exercises and added to the list of additional potential new exercises, of course. God forbid I drop anything from my regimen).
Take an exercise break! ( I do everything to excess even if it's good for me).
Take a coffee break! (I do everything to excess even if I know it's not good for me).
Breathe!!
